Domenica Giorgio : she has twenty years of experience as a floral designer and is also a consultant for weddings and events; she works in Apulia and in Basilicata but has worked the length and breadth of the Italian peninsula. Domenica has created exquisite floral settings in churches, villas, castles, ancient farms, private houses and businesses. Reliable, passionate about her work and with a real eye for beauty, she takes care of all aspects of the organization and executive production of events.
Valeria Cinnella: she is the youngest of the three women. After obtaining a degree in architecture, she decided to follow her passion and become an event designer. Valeria deals with visual and set design communication. She creates Autocad 2D and 3D graphic simulations and projects for top-quality visualization of ideas for setting up spaces; she designs advertising and communication materials in line with the chosen image and style, to highlight the originality and creativity of each event curated by Sud Experience. .
Mariateresa Cascino: is a marketing and communication consultant for public and private entities, an organizer of events with years of experience in Italy and abroad; she’s a journalist and co-founder of the Women’s Fiction Festival, the only literary festival in Europe which includes a writer’s conference, dedicated to the discovery of new talents and the promotion of women’s fiction. She has created events for the Matera Basilicata 2019 Foundation, the Basilicata Region, the European Commission, Intesa SanPaolo Bank, ENEL, FCA, Leonardo spa, Telespazio, ASI, Amaro Lucano, Di Leo Biscotti.
THE TEAM METHODWhen a customer first contacts the company with a request, the team sets up an initial meeting (via an in-person or video appointment) to comprehend and analyze the needs and wishes for the event. The team then proceeds with the planning of the event while also preparing a detailed analysis of the costs to be included in the quote.
Sud Experience will share with the customers the various stages of the project. It will make sure that the budget, the suppliers, the meetings, the agenda and the reception will always remain under control. The team will keep clients up to date on the ongoing progress of the event, and will organize in-person meetings and will share all documentation (on paper or by email).

A LOGO WITH THE FEATURES OF SOUTH OF ITALYThe logo was created under Valeria Cinnella’s creative eye, with inputs from Domenica Giorgio and Mariateresa Cascino. The logo embodies the passionate, elegant, sunny, convivial nature of the south. The logo symbolizes the value of tourism as experience, and participation and fellowship which are important features in the world of events.
The brand lettering uses a special font, Quicksand Dash, which turns words almost into a mosaic followed by the payoff “Weddings and M.I.C.E. events”, which highlights the business we’re in – the world of events, from weddings to corporate events, all included in the acronym M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). The graphic dot on the letter i represents the friendliness of the south and its warmth. It was designed to impress potential clients. It means both a well laid-out table which is perfect down to the last detail with original and exclusive mises en place and the laughing sun of the south.
